Orders once shipped are typically delivered in 4-6 business days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the product and other factors such as public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or remote locations.

Crayonz provides FREE shipping for all orders across India. There are no hidden charges or additional fees for delivery.
Delivery Area
We deliver across India (PAN India delivery). All orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners.
Address Modification
Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be modified as the system immediately passes the details to our warehouse for packing and shipping.
Undelivered Orders
For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a full refund, which will reflect within 24-48 hours of initiation.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp to track your delivery in real-time.
