About Crayonz
What is Crayonz?
Crayonz is a global AI marketplace where anyone — every age, every country, every niche — designs custom merchandise with AI, sells it through a creator marketplace, and ships it on demand. A user describes a design in plain language, AI renders four variants in about sixty seconds, the listing publishes to a global storefront, and the order is fulfilled and shipped by the print-on-demand network.
Is Crayonz legit?
Yes. Crayonz is operated by AIVOLVIX Private Ltd., a registered Indian company headquartered in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. Payments and creator payouts run through Cashfree, India’s leading payment gateway. Print fulfilment is via Qikink, an established Indian POD provider.
Who founded Crayonz?
Crayonz was co-founded by Anurag Kumar Bharti and Arun Raghav S in 2024. The platform launched under the brand name "Iitian Vibes" and rebranded to Crayonz in 2025 as its global positioning crystallised.
For buyers
Where does Crayonz ship?
Indian orders ship standard 3-day delivery via the Qikink fulfilment network, with expedited options available. International shipping is rolling out through 2026 as global POD partners are onboarded; check the product page or contact us for current international availability.
What materials and printing does Crayonz use?
Garments are premium combed cotton, pre-shrunk and bio-washed. Printing is DTG (direct-to-garment) for crisp, fade-resistant colour that survives wash cycles. Care instructions: machine wash cold inside-out with similar colours, tumble dry low, no ironing directly on the print, no bleach.
Can I return or refund a Crayonz order?
Quality-related defects (print errors, fabric damage, wrong size shipped) qualify for a free replacement or refund. Change-of-mind returns are limited because each item is made-to-order specifically for you — see the refund policy for the full terms.
How long does Crayonz take to ship?
After payment, the print-on-demand network produces the item within 24-48 hours. Standard Indian shipping then takes about 3 days. End-to-end delivery is typically 4-5 days within India; international takes longer and varies by destination.
For creators
How do I sell on Crayonz?
Sign up for a Crayonz account, open the design studio or wizard, generate a design with AI, publish it to your creator storefront, and set your margin. When a customer orders, Crayonz handles fulfilment and shipping; your margin is paid out monthly via Cashfree.
How much does it cost to start selling?
Zero. Listing a design is free with no subscription or upfront fees. Crayonz takes a percentage of each completed order to cover platform infrastructure, AI inference costs and payment processing; creators set their own margin on top.
How are creator payouts processed?
Creator margins accumulate per sale and pay out monthly through Cashfree to a verified Indian bank account. International payout support is on the 2026 roadmap as Crayonz expands global POD coverage.
Who owns the designs generated by Crayonz AI?
The creator who prompted the design owns it, under the standard Crayonz Terms of Service. Creators are responsible for not prompting designs that infringe third-party trademarks or copyrights; Crayonz uses an automated safety filter for obvious infringements, but the creator’s judgement matters most.
Can I sell my Crayonz designs on other platforms?
Yes — designs you generate are yours to license elsewhere. Crayonz retains a license to display and fulfil the designs you have explicitly published on the Crayonz marketplace. Full terms are in the Terms of Service.
AI design & studio
How long does the AI design generation take?
Approximately sixty seconds for four design variants from a fresh prompt. Refinements (recolour, restyle, regenerate a single variant) take a few seconds each. The studio uses a hybrid of client-side Gemini Nano (when available in the browser) and server-side Gemini for heavier renders.
What is the difference between the Crayonz Studio and the Wizard?
The Wizard is a guided three-step flow for users who want help — type a topic, get four designs, pick one and publish. The Studio is the full-featured editor for users who want fine control: layers, fonts, multi-view editing (front/back/sleeve), background removal, and 3D placement on the realistic garment preview.
Can Crayonz designs be used commercially?
Yes. Designs you generate are yours to sell on the Crayonz marketplace and elsewhere under the Terms of Service. The platform license covers Crayonz displaying and fulfilling your published listings; commercial reuse beyond the platform is the creator’s right.
Developer API
Does Crayonz offer an API?
Yes. The Crayonz Developer API exposes the AI design generation, virtual try-on, and meme-generation engines as REST endpoints. API keys use the cz_live_* / cz_test_* format and are managed via the API console at /api-console (early access). Shopify and WooCommerce plugins are available; embeddable web-component widgets are in beta.
How is the API priced?
API access is currently in early-access with a credit-based usage model. Detailed pricing tiers are published as part of the API console; reach out via /contact for enterprise or volume use cases.
