How much does it cost to use the AI studio?
Three AI generations are free with no signup commitment. After that you either check out, buy a ₹199 Studio Pass for 30 more iterations on the same draft, or start a new draft and get three free generations again. There is no monthly subscription.
What does the Studio Pass actually buy me?
Thirty AI iterations on a single design draft, valid for seven days. The ₹199 you pay for the Pass is credited back to the garment total at checkout, so if you do buy the garment, you only pay the garment price minus ₹199. If you don't check out, you keep the iterations but lose the credit.
Are shipping and taxes included?
Garment prices on Express and Studio Pass are all-in for the garment itself. Cashfree gateway fee of 2.5% is added at checkout. Shipping is free on orders ≥ ₹999 in India; below that, a small pincode-based shipping charge applies. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
Do creators set their own prices?
Yes. Creators publish to the marketplace at any price above the wholesale floor for that garment. The floor is calculated as production cost × 1.25 to keep margins healthy for both the creator and Crayonz.
Do you offer refunds?
Print-on-demand orders are made-to-order, so refunds apply only to manufacturing defects or wrong-item shipments. Reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will reprint or refund. AI generation costs are non-refundable once the design has been produced.
Is there a creator payout fee?
Creators earn the difference between their listed price and the wholesale floor on every sale. Payouts go out monthly via Cashfree Payouts to any Indian bank account. There is a small slab fee on the gross creator earnings — see the Sell page for the schedule.
