You retain copyright and any other rights you hold in the designs you submit, upload, or create on Crayonz. You grant Crayonz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and reformat your designs solely to operate the Platform: render mockups, list designs on the marketplace under your creator profile, fulfil orders, and promote the Platform.

You are entirely responsible for the content you upload. You must not upload anything that infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other intellectual-property right, or that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Crayonz reserves the right to remove any content that breaches these terms.

If you believe content on the marketplace infringes your rights, please follow the takedown procedure on our IP Report & Takedown page.

Crayonz does not use your uploaded artwork, your generated designs, your prompts, or your published listings to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine learning model — ours or anyone else's. We do not sell, licence, or otherwise supply your designs to third parties for model training.

The licence you grant us above is limited to operating the Platform: rendering mockups, listing your designs on the marketplace under your creator profile, fulfilling orders, and promoting the Platform. It grants no rights beyond that.

The API is a software service billed in credits. A plan is a one-time payment for a fixed credit allowance valid for 30 days; it does not renew automatically. A top-up pack is a one-time payment for credits that do not expire. Each API endpoint spends the number of credits published on the API reference and the pricing page; credits reserved for a call that fails on our side are returned automatically. Refunds and cancellation are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy.

Customers in India are billed in INR by Aivolvix Private Limited through Cashfree, with GST applied. Customers outside India purchase credits from our authorised merchant of record, a reseller that sells the credits to you on our behalf, applies the tax of your country and appears on your payment statement; those purchases are also subject to that reseller's terms at checkout.

You own the designs, mockups and photographs the API generates for you and may use them commercially. You are responsible for the prompts, images and brand assets you submit: you must hold the rights to them, and you must not use the API to impersonate a real person, to reproduce a third party's trademark or copyrighted work without permission, or to generate unlawful, sexually explicit or hateful material. API keys are personal to your account; keep them secret, and revoke a key from the console if it is exposed. We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms or our acceptable-use rules.

The API is provided on a best-effort basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and our liability for any API-related claim is limited to the amount you paid for the credits in question in the preceding 30 days.

You agree not to hold Crayonz or Aivolvix Private Limited responsible for other users' content, actions, or collaborations. Crayonz is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of designs published by other creators. We cannot guarantee continuous access to our services and exclude implied warranties, terms, and conditions related to service use. You are responsible for taking precautions to avoid interference, such as viruses, while using the website.

Use of Crayonz trademarks requires prior written permission and must not mislead or imply association without authorisation. Unauthorised use of our trademarks in any misleading or disparaging way is prohibited.

By using Crayonz services, you agree to receive transactional and account-related emails from us. Once you place an order, you may receive order-related notifications via email or WhatsApp. You can opt out of marketing email at any time via the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails or by contacting hello@crayonz.ai.

Crayonz reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Unconfirmed or inactive accounts may also be cancelled without prior notice.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.

Orders within India are typically delivered in 4 to 6 business days from order confirmation. Free shipping is provided for orders over the threshold shown at checkout. International shipping is rolling out and will be priced at checkout when available; estimated delivery windows are 7 to 14 business days depending on destination.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder (including the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021), the Grievance Officer is:
