What you will do
- Run our AI workflows to make designs, reels, carousels and stories, pick the best of what they produce, and polish it until it is worth posting on @crayonz.ai.
- Find, message and sign up small Instagram creators (5k–50k followers) to make content with us and sell their own designs.
- Reply to comments and DMs in our voice, and pass every buyer question to us the same day.
- Read the numbers every week (reach, saves, profile visits, studio visits, orders) and tell us what to do more of and what to stop.
- Use the studio yourself every week and tell us what is broken or confusing. You are our first test user.
What you get
- A monthly stipend, plus a bonus when you hit the targets we agree in week one. Tell us what you expect in the form.
- Direct work with the two founders. No layers, and your ideas ship the same week.
- Claude and our own AI tools for designs, posts and reels, paid for by us. Most of the slow work is already automated.
- A certificate and a letter of recommendation, and a real raise if we keep working together after 3 months.
Who we are looking for
- You use AI tools and workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, image and video generators) to make content every week. This is a must: most of this job runs through our AI workflows.
- You have grown an account, a page or a creator, and you can show the numbers.
- You can edit a reel on your phone in under an hour (CapCut, Edits or similar).
- You can message a stranger and get a reply. Creator outreach is half this job.
- You can tell when AI output is not good enough yet, and you know how to push it until it is.
- You write clean English. Hindi or a regional language is a bonus.
- You show up when you say you will, and tell us early when you can’t.
This is not for you if
- You would rather make everything by hand than learn new AI tools. Here, AI does the heavy lifting and you direct it.
- You need a full-time salary right now. This is a part-time internship.
- You have never actually posted anything yourself. A course certificate on its own is not enough.
