Creator agreement

The full legal terms are on our Terms page. This is the same thing in plain language, so you know what you are agreeing to before you publish a design. Where the two differ, the Terms govern.

You keep your copyright

Your art is yours. When you publish a design you grant Crayonz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and reformat it for one purpose: running the marketplace. That means rendering mockups, listing the design under your creator profile, printing it on the products people order, and promoting the platform. Nothing else.

Non-exclusive, always

Sell the same artwork on your own store, on Redbubble, Etsy, anywhere. We never ask for exclusivity, and publishing here does not restrict what you do with your work elsewhere.

You set your price

Every product has a base price covering the blank, printing, payment processing, shipping and our margin. You choose what to list above it, and the entire difference is yours.

The full mechanics — discounts, refunds, tax — are on the creator earnings page.

Free to list

No subscription, no listing fee, and no cut of your margin. Our margin is already inside the base price — we do not take a second one on top of yours, at any price.

Paid every Monday

Weekly payouts through Cashfree to your Indian bank account or UPI ID, once your balance reaches ₹100. Below that, the balance rolls into the following week.

Your name on your work

Every listing carries your creator profile and links to it. Add a portfolio URL and social links in your profile settings and they appear on your creator page too.

Never training data

Crayonz does not use your artwork, prompts or listings to train, fine-tune or evaluate any model, and we never supply them to anyone else for that purpose. See Terms.

Remixes keep your credit

Buyers can start a new design from a marketplace listing — either reusing your artwork as-is on a different product, or using your design as a style reference while their own prompt drives new art. Either way the new listing is credited to you as the original, and remixing never transfers your copyright.

To be straight with you about the limit: a remix sale currently earns the remixer, not you. We do not yet pay the original creator a share of a remixed sale.

What you are responsible for

You confirm that you hold the rights to everything you publish, or have permission from whoever does. Designs that use someone else's characters, logos, brands or likeness without permission are removed, and repeated substantiated reports end your selling privileges — the specifics are in the creator guidelines and on the IP Report & Takedown page.

Every listing is reviewed before it goes live. We can decline or remove a listing that breaks the guidelines, and we will tell you why on the listing itself.

What you need

An Indian bank account or UPI ID in your name and a PAN — we cannot release a payout without the PAN, so it is worth adding before your first sale. Above ₹5,00,000 of payouts in a financial year we withhold 1% TDS on the excess, as every e-commerce operator must. If you are GST-registered, add your GSTIN and we pay your GST across on top of your margin. International payouts are coming as we roll out worldwide shipping through 2026.

Print

Premium combed cotton, pre-shrunk and bio-washed. Printing is direct-to-garment or direct-to-film depending on the piece. Made in 24–48 hours, delivered across India in 4–5 days. Quality defects — print errors, fabric damage, wrong size shipped — are replaced or refunded free, and never charged to you.

Ending the relationship

You can archive any listing at any time from your creator dashboard, and it stops selling immediately. Orders already paid for are still printed and shipped.

We can suspend or close a creator account that breaks these terms or the guidelines, as described under “Account Termination” in the Terms. Either way, any earnings already credited to you are still paid out on the normal Monday schedule, net of any refunds on those sales.
