Fundraiser tees, designed by AI. Every margin is the donation.
Run a fundraiser or awareness campaign without ordering 100 tees up-front or finding a designer to volunteer their weekend. AI generates the design in a minute, supporters order direct, and the margin you set becomes the donation per shirt.
Why causes ship on Crayonz
Fundraiser merch has historically been a fragile economic model. The minimum viable run with a traditional printer is 50-100 units; if you fall short of selling them, the unsold stock is a sunk loss against the donation budget. The result is fundraisers either over-ordering and eating the loss, under-ordering and missing demand, or skipping merch entirely and missing the awareness multiplier.
On Crayonz there is no minimum and no upfront stock. Set the margin as your donation per unit (e.g. ₹200 per shirt to the cause). Supporters order what they want, when they want; every order is produced and shipped on demand. Your fundraiser's financial floor is zero — you only ever take money from supporters who already wanted to buy a shirt.

Example campaign treatments
Zero inventory risk
No upfront print run. If five people buy, you raise from five. If 5,000 do, fulfilment scales without you.
Margin = donation
Set the per-shirt margin to whatever you want to donate. Transparent to supporters.
Awareness multiplier
Every tee shipped is a walking ad for the cause. AI keeps the messaging on-brand across drops.
FAQ — fundraiser merch on Crayonz
How do we transfer the margin to the charity?
Margins are paid out monthly to your verified Cashfree-linked Indian bank account. From there you donate to the charity using whatever channel they accept. Keep records of margin paid and donation transferred for tax purposes — we don't manage donations directly today.
Can we run a limited-time campaign?
Yes. Archive the listing from your creator dashboard once the campaign ends; existing orders still ship. You can also keep the listing live as an evergreen donation channel.
Are there compliance considerations for fundraising?
Crayonz operates as a marketplace — you are the creator of record. Donation-related tax exemptions and 80G receipts are the charity's responsibility. If you are not the charity itself, get sign-off before using their name or marks.
